BOZ SCAGGS Boz (Polydor) Sweden 1965.
Here's an Ultra RARE!! Original Swedish Pressing of the Debut album by Boz Scaggs. Recorded & Released in 'Sweden only' in 1965, whilst he was a Folkie/Street performer there (well prior to his latter fame). Inc. a Bob Dylan cover "Girl From The North Country".
Reputably only 300 copies pressed...which seems to check out, as there's not been many offered for sale over the years (top copies have sold for $600-$1000). This is a "collection filler", the sleeve is decent..but the Vinyl has significant scuffing & scratching. It plays decent..obviously a fair amount of background crackle, but still worth a spin!
The Cover VG (see pics), edgeware, not too bad for it's age and somewhat fragile design, some doodling on the rear, as mentioned the Vinyl is only Fair (filler), loads of scuffing & scratches..medium level crackle throughout, a bit noisier in patches. No skips on Side 1, a couple skips on Side 2, Track 1..when i play tested. Really good high energy Folk music!
Extremely difficult to find, don't miss out!!
