This VERY RARE 7" EP record plays at 33 1/3rpm and has 16 famous men talking about the benefits, experiences and joys of Scouting including President Gerald Ford; movie & TV stars Jimmy Stewart, Nipsey Russell, Martin Balsam, Leonard Nimoy, Ricardo Montalban, Michael Landon, Patrick Duffy, Chuck Connors, Jack Klugman, Elliot Gould, and Leslie Nielsen; Football stars (Mean) Joe Green and Tom T. Hall; and Musicians James Brown and Doug Gray of The Marshall Tucker Band.

There is a flysheet included that duplicates their 20-30 second speeches and printed on the front says, "You don't have to be a Boy Scout to become President, to go to the moon, or to be in the movies...but it helps". The flysheet is in Excellent condition.

The record is in Near Mint condition with shiny, glossy, clean black vinyl and no scratches or marks however two of the names listed on the record have been highlighted in yellow marker.

The cover is a generic, white paper sleeve but also included is a self-addressed, stamped post-card for radio stations to return to Scout Headquarters checking off which voices their radio station will play or played with their station's call letters and address.
