It comes with a differently designed cover than the regular 7". Otherwise it is white label. Signed by Boy George 'Boy x' on one side and marked with the More Protein stamp on the other.

I bought this item off Dave Davies from More Protein just before the official release of the vinyl single back in 2003. Only 8 copies of this have ever been made; this is AP (Artist Proof) 2/8.
