Description
In 1994, American rock legends Boston released their fourth studio album. The album was worked on since the late 80s, so releasing it in '94 was simply par for the course for Boston. (They did that a lot!) The album was the first to feature new singer Fran Cosmos, as Brad Delp had left the group. (RIP Brad. You were an amazing musician, and a great humanitarian!) Delp returned to share vocal duties with Cosmos for the 2002 Boston album 'Corporate America', released twenty years ago.
Coming at you today is a copy of 'Walk On', on a special, limited edition picture disc LP! Made in Germany, this quickly became THE Boston picture disc to own! The first Boston pic disc is the most common, as many were made. By 'Don't Look Back', the number of them made was decreased, so they are a bit more valuable. For 'Third Stage', the long awaited third album, a limited amount was made, and those fetch a pretty nice price. This fourth studio album, 'Walk On', may very well be the most valuable and the hardest to find of all the Boston picture discs!
The vinyl itself looks fantastic! There are only a couple of very light surface marks on the B side, the side with the song titles and credits, and they aren't bad at all, and hardly noticable. The A side, with the sweet Boston space ship artwork, is still all shiny and clean! A rare Boston collectible, and in really good condition. For that loved one in your life who's crazy about Boston, 70s, 80s, and 90s hard rock, and fans of classic rock picture discs. Or grab this for yourself, because you know you're worth it!
