Description

BOB DYLAN – POSITIVELY 4TH STREET – WHITE LABEL ON RED VINYL PROMO - Columbia 4-43389 (U.S. 45 rpm Mono). Disc is VG+; Labels are VG+ and Near Mint Minus.

This is a RED VINYL, WHITE LABEL PROMO version, featuring a MONO mix of this title with 3:50 timings on each side, first issued in September of 1965 to disc jockeys only. Regardless of condition, these pressings retain high desirability among Dylan collectors, given their disc-jockeys-only promotional distribution status. They were never available to the general public. [Due to their faster turning speed and wider groove spread, 45 rpm pressings exhibit better overall playback than LP pressings, which turn slower and feature more compacted groove spread.]

All vinyl records from VinylKing46 (eBay’s ORIGINAL VINYLKING) are pre-cleaned and inserted into paper inner sleeves before mailing to Buyer (unless factory sealed). Discs are packaged separately from sleeves to protect against seam splitting. Sleeves are inserted into mylar outer sleeves and both disc and sleeve are shipped in 7” EP/45-specific boxes and packed with bubble wrap or hard cardboard.

I grade conservatively and by Goldmine standards.
