Extremely rare 1966 Japanese only 4-track 7" EP, includes Blowin' In The Wind, Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall, Masters Of War & The Times They Are A-Changin'
complete with the 6 page Japanese/lyric insert [final 2 pics] in a unique scalloped flipback picture sleeve with Japanese text on the back.
