Description
BOB DYLAN – MIXED UP CONFUSION b/w CORRINA, CORRINA – CBS 2476 (Dutch 45 rpm Mono). Disc is Near Mint; Labels are Near Mint Plus (Corrina) and Near Mint Minus (Mixed Up); Sleeve is borderline Near Mint/Near Mint Minus.
Released in 1966 in Holland, this is label variant No. 3. In addition to the version of “Mixed Up Confusion” appearing here (one of 4 different takes known to exist), “Corrina, Corrina” is an alternate version of that title appearing on the “Freewheelin’” LP. Rear sleeve features ads for other artist product including Bob’s “I Want You/Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues.” The label side of Mixed Up Confusion (see photo) shows the imprint of a removed sticker, but is otherwise in Near Mint range. [Due to their faster turning speed and wider groove spread, 45 rpm pressings exhibit more detailed playback than LP pressings, which turn slower and feature more compacted groove spread.]
All vinyl records from VinylKing46 (eBay’s ORIGINAL VINYLKING) are pre-cleaned and inserted into paper inner sleeves before mailing to Buyer (unless factory sealed). Discs are packaged separately from sleeves to protect against seam splitting. Sleeves are inserted into mylar outer sleeves and both disc and sleeve are shipped in 7” EP/45-specific boxes and packed with bubble wrap or hard cardboard.
I grade conservatively and by Goldmine standards.
