I purchased this record new in 1963 or 64.  I'm not an expert on grading vinyl records!!!!

The Good: Side #1 MIXED UP CONFUSION plays like new.  Record surface has no visible flaws.  I Grade it Very Good Plus.
The Bad: Side #2 CORRINA CORRINA plays all the way through without skipping (on my turntable).  Unfortunately, scuffs and a small scratch (both pictured) create audible pops and hissing during play.  I grade it Fair.
