Gloss-laminated full-color cover with 3 laminated and overlapped glue-tabs onto un-laminated back cover (aka 'flipback') that has black & white halftone and black text. No box rule to track-list on sleeve back.

Vinyl has original 'rough-textured' labels. "62575" label matrix on both A & B-sides.
