Description
This is an original and very rare 10” vinyl promo used by Warp Records to promote Boards Of Canada’s 1998 album “Music Has The Right To Children” - the two tracks “Roygbiv” and “Telephasic Workshop” are included here. There were only 200 copies of this promo released. Each track gets a full side to itself and, unlike the 33rpm cut on the album, these 10” tracks were mastered at 45rpm - giving a richer, deeper, louder cut than the double vinyl album. Additionally it was cut by Frank Arkwright, one of the UKs most respected vinyl mastering engineers. What you have here are THE definitive vinyl versions of “Roygbiv” and “Telephasic Workshop”. It has rarely been played and I have verified there are still no skips or scratches - this is in beautiful condition. The 10” record is in its original black thin card sleeve; it still has the plastic wrapping on it but the seal has been broken. For this record I must insist that shipping/postage includes signed for delivery. It will be well packaged with card stiffeners, etc.
