Sleeve: Is in VG+/EX Condition,Laminated cover,front cover nice clean and tidy,Very Slight creasing at edge.The spine is clear with all writing totally visible.
Record's: are in VG+/EX it has the odd faint light mark here and there,but nothing to drastic.
The four labels are in perfect condition. All are very clean with no writing, stickers or tears and very little visible spindle wear.
