Description
BLUE BEAT RECORDS CATALOGUE c 1964 VERY RARE!
Many years ago I was fortunate enough to pick up a small stash of original 1960s record label catalogues that had been obtained directly from the labels at the time, amongst them were a small number of duplicates, I have kept these aside for many years in the hope that I might be able to trade them for different editions I didn’t already have, BUT in over a decade I haven’t found a single example that I don’t have to either purchase or trade for so the time has come to offer them for sale instead. Details of this one as follows;
MELODISC RECORDS CATALOGUE c 1964
Blue Beat Records BB1 – BB 259, Blue Beat Records EP series BBEP 302 to BBEP 302, Blue Beat Records LP series BBLP 801 to BBLP 804, Dice Records CC1 to CC 19, Kalypso Records XX 01 to XX 29, Kalypso Records EP series XXEP 1 to XXEP 7, Melodisc CAL 1 to CAL 22, Duke Records DK 1001 to DK 1003 and sundry sister label releases. 16 pages in total.
Catalogue has obviously had some use over the years, cover has some creasing and a seam split from the bottom edge to below the lowest staple, there is some writing in the catalogue (Look like annotations by the label adding a couple of releases not printed in the catalogue and a handful of X’s appearing to indicate items that were no longer available at that point. Generally graded VG (Please note I graded strictly, this is not a trashed piece of rubbish!). The is the first example I have seen on eBay in as long as I can remember and thus this item needs serious consideration when deciding your bid, miss out and you will probably not get another chance!
I will be pleased to answer any questions you have concerning this item e-mail philetgart@tinyworld.co.uk
