Blo: Phase 4 - 1976 - Decca - France.
Fourth album by the rarest nigerian band called "Blo", known for their afro psychedelic approach. Note the participation of drummer guitarist Berkely Jones (Ex- member of Ofege band). This LP sounds more funky than the previous one. Focus on killer afro boogie cut "Number One" with breakbeats, keyboards & fat funky bass line. Also on the dancing track "Move Up" on cosmic funk "Music Makes You Happy" & "Trace Of Suicide". Lost Afro Funk gem from Nigeria. Music speaks better than words… listen to the soundclip !
