The record has hardly any marks at all. Just extremely minimal light & faint surface marks and very minimal light & faint paper scuffs. All are barely noticeable superficial marks. Looks barely played! Both labels are very clean and have the faintest of spindle marks. Looks barely played. The record grades excellent plus to a near mint condition.

The fold-out sleeve has hardly any wear at all. No edge wear. No corner wear. Crisp corners. No ring wear. No tears. No splits. The sleeve grades near mint condition. Almost shop condition!
