Album is in near mint condition!  It does not look like it's ever been played.  No visible scratches, etc,  Vinyl is glossy.
Album sleeve is in excellent condition as well.
Cover is in VG- condition.  There is significant fading on front and back due to long term storage.  Spine is tight and intact.  Minor rubbing at corners.  See picture.
