Description
This is an original Vertigo swirl album by Black Sabbath, titled "Black Sabbath Vol 4". The vinyl record is in excellent shape and comes with the original inner sleeve and cover. The album features heavy metal and hard rock styles, typical of the 1970s era.
The record is in 33 RPM speed and is a first pressing edition. The inlay condition is very good plus (VG+), while the sleeve grading is also excellent (EX). This LP is a must-have for any rock or metal genre fans, and is a rare find for collectors. The release year of this album is 1972, and it was manufactured in the United Kingdom.
VERTIGO LABEL: 6360 071.
PORKY/ PECKO
NO MADE IN ENGLAND ON LABEL.
UK FIRST PRESS
RELEASED IN 1972.
THE MATT GATEFOLD COVER IS EXCELLENT
SPINE IS NEAR PERFECT, JUST LIGHT CORNER
WEAR AT BOTTOM OF THE SPINE.
REALLY NICE COVER WITH MINIMAL WEAR
THE PICTURE INNER HAS COME AWAY
BUT CAN EASILY BE STUCK BACK ON.
I PREFER TO LEAVE IT AS IT IS.
SHAME AS THIS COVER IS REALLY NICE...
THE VINYL VISUALLY HAS NO SCRATCHES
BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE B SIDE HAS HAD
A REACTION TO THE POLYTHENE INSIDE THE
SWIRL INNER, IT'S NOT AWFUL BUT YOU CAN
SEE IT.
I WOULD GRADE THE AUDIO AS VG++ ON MY PLAYER.
THERE IS LIGHT SURFACE NOISE BETWEEN TRACKS THOUGH NOT ENOUGH TO SPOIL
THE OVERALL AUDIO EXPERIENCE.
THE SWIRL INNER SLEEVE IS VG+
I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S THE ORIGINAL
IT WAS WITH THE ALBUM WHEN I BOUGHT IT.
THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE UK AND EUROPE ONLY ALL RECORDS ARE SENT TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR ONLY. THANKS FOR LOOKING.
