For sale here is a VERY rare LP . the SECOND(especially in this condition) by BLACK SABBATH called " PARANOID" and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press VERTIGO SWIRL label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS ONE OF BLACK SABBATH's RAREST LP's EVER (infact this is the holy grail for black sabbath collectors), AND HARDLY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1970 STEREO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS VERTIGO SWIRL LABEL. 1st PRESS 1Y/2Y MATRIXES,  AND 1st PRESS GATEFOLD  JIM SIMPSON CREDIT SLEEVE...THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL VERTIGO SWIRL UK 1st pressing from 1970 and is in SUPERB condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is 6360 001 on the 1st press VERTIGO SWIRL label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing..

Labels are the sensational Vertigo swirl format in excellent condition. With the largeVirtigo swirl logo covering the whole label on side A. and the small vertigo swirl above the central hole on side B. to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Only a few tiny faint spindle lines to indicate that this has been played possibly only a few times. With no damage of any kind. NO graffiti , NO rips NO tears or stickers whatsoever and in excellent condition!!! 

Vinyl

Thickly pressed heavy weight  vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic . Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees , There are NO surface marks,NO scratches or blemishes at all. Only 2 or 3 wispy lines are visible whatsoever. Remarkable visual and impossible to locate in this condition.Would therefore grade as excellent ++

Sleeve

First issue Jim Simpson credit  gatefold sleeve is showing virtually NO signs of wear at all!! With NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti, NO stickers with virtually NO ring wear whatsoever and is a pleasure to view.The sleeve is in Excellent++ condition and a Fantastic collectors item . The Spine is perfectly straight and is clearly legible.This is a fine example of this sensational Vertigo swirl classic . (under closer inspection there is a very small name written on the inner gate fold and a slight glue residue mark on the front of the sleeve)

Paranoid is the second album by the British heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in September 1970 through Vertigo Records. The album consists of some of the band's most readily identifiable work including "Iron Man", "War Pigs", and "Paranoid".

The album is regarded as a classic, and one of the most influential of the heavy metal genre. It has been certified quadruple platinum with over four million copies in the US alone, making it Black Sabbath's best-selling album

All songs written by Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, Bill Ward, and Geezer Butler. It should be noted that the additional titles "Luke's Wall" and "Jack the Stripper" are unique to the North American editions. They are not extra songs but rather a title for some part of the song.

my records are condition graded visually in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows:

MINT (M): Unplayed, pristine condition, often still sealed.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in almost brand new condition with no apparent surface marks, full original vinyl lustre, and no deterioration in sound quality.The cover and any extra items are in near perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and/or packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record obviously has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and/or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably, perhaps with some distortion and/or scratches. The cover and/or contents may suffer from folding, scuffing, spine-splits, major discolouration, etc.
