This is a rare opportunity to bid for any absolutely stunning 1st issue copy of this the most collectable of the swirl vertigo black sabbath releases. It has the embossed laminated box sleeve and the early 6 fold poster.The vinyl has the earliest matrix numbers and is the early heavy weight pressing.All my records have only been played on very high end Linn Naim equipment,the deck alone in its current state of tune would cost around £7000.Records have to be A1 to remain in my collection.This copy has stunning audio and has only been played a handfull of time since purchased new. All my records are stored in high quality anti static sleeves with the outer sleeve protected by best quality pvc sleeves.This particular album has been stored with a thick corrugated card stiffener inside the jacket to preserve the box type sleeves original shape [see photo].I am a very fussy person and have always treated  my collection with the utmost care.If you are a sabbath fan then you will know just how much the 1st press copies of this album are treasured by collectors.The sleeve on this copy is one of the best you will see with just very minor laminate lift evident[never seen one without this].There are 2 small creases in the flap,caused by just opening the box.I think i can be justified in grading the sleeve near mint!.The poster has only been opened twice including the once for the purposes of the photograph.This is the eariest large 6 fold poster and is mint.No pin holes, creases,or marks at all,still as crisp and fresh looking as the day it was purchased. The original inner sleeve is also without damage. Appart from some very minor yellowing around the edges it is perfect [almost as new].Now on to the vinyl,this has the earliest matrix numbers and the black label with white writing on side B.Side A has the appropriate large swirl label.Both labels are as new,i can barely make out a couple of very faint spindle marks.The vinyl itself is perfect,there are no imperfections at all.I have inspected it under strong angled light and will stand by my mint- grading for this. The original shine and lustre it had when new is still as evident today. It goes without saying that to survive in my collection with the equipment i use the audio must be A1,and it is.The sound quality is stunning from this heavyweight pressing and proves conclusively just what a massive step backwards digital recordings are!.This pressing is also dead flat no nasty warps like you get on pressings produced more recently.I have given the record a play for the first time in many years and it still plays like new,hardly any surface noise at all.I won't bore you with all the history of this album, i hate computers and try to spend as little time as possible sitting in front of one.Anyway if you are a Black Sabbath fan you will already know it all.This album will be mailed in two box type mailers,vinyl in one sleeve in the other.The best stiffeners you can buy will be used together with protective sleeves and anything else that will ensure a safe journey to your door.The two boxes are then securely fastened together to form a large and very strong package.Postage within the UK will be by special delivery next day with insurance,this costs £7.00p.To ship to Europe will cost £13.71p gbp,this is by international signed for again with insurance.Rest of the world please contact me first and i will work out a price.I have set a starting bid way below what i have seen copies of this album that were inferior to mine sell for on ebay.As always if you are not completely happy with your purchase i will give a full refund on receipt of returned record.This really is a rare opportunity to bid for what is a really rare item in this condition.
