This auction is for an original UK 1st press of Master of Reality. The poster and inner sleeve are original. (Although most copies seem to have the black version of the inner sleeve this has the white version but it is correctly date-coded 0671).

The original outer box is a bit squashed and generally is showing its age, with wear around the edges and corners, especially along the top edge. The Vertigo swirl inner sleeve (date-coded 0671) has a large seam split on one side and a small one at the bottom. The poster has NEVER BEEN ON A WALL so it doesn't have any pin-holes or missing corners etc, although there is wear to the corners of the folds where it has been stored folded-up inside the cover. This is most prominent on the central corner-folds, especially the one near the top and I have included a close-up of this in the last photo. The album has lots of very fine surface marks and a few more-prominent ones, but I have played it in full today and there are no jumps, skips or sticking, just some clicks and crackle as you might expect. Based on the UK Record Collector Grading System I would say that this record should be play-graded as Very Good. A visual grading would probably be lower than this. In the small logo on the B side label there are some initials, but these don't show up much so I have taken a big close-up shot of just the logo which makes the initials look more-prominent than they really are.
