THIS IS A FIRST EDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL RAYMOND PETTIBONE SLEEVE ART WITH ONLY 500 MADE BEFORE THEY CHANGED IT FOR THE SUBSEQUENT PRESSINGS.
The numbers in the run out grooves read SST 001 - A and SST 001 - B
I've owned this record for about 5 years and I have hardly played it, and after seeing it sell for a high price on here previously it's time to let it go, the condition of the vinyl is excellent. This is an original and is the rarest variation of this single with only 500 pressed in 1978.
It will be professionally packed in a cruciform record mailing box and I will only send it via insured special delivery within the UK due to the value of the record, for Europe and most other countries it will also be insured against loss, for international postage to the USA it will be sent regular airmail as the UK post office do not offer insurance to the US due to the USPS's refusal to sign the international postal agreement.
