On the auction block today is a very rare original UK stero 1st pressing on the PYE label of Billy Cox’s “Nitro Function” originally released in 1971.    The album cover is by Roger Dean of “Yes” and “Asia” fame and is featured on pages 67-68 of his book “Views” published in 1975.    

CONDITION

The pictures posted are of the actual item.  The cover is in VG++ condition.  There is almost no ringwear at all.  There is a little bit of edgewear on the botton and a little cornerwear as well.  The spine has a small amount of wear but is very clear and readable.  There is some very slight creasing in the corners but nothing that comes close to breaking through the color.

The vinyl is in the original white PYE white bag and grades EX++ condition.  There doesn’t appear to be any scuffs, scratches or marks of any kind.  It is still very clean and bright.  The labels are in great shape as well with no writing of any kind.  I have actually play graded this album and there is almost no surface noise at all.  It is a very quiet sounding record but with a thunderous bass that will absolutely crush you.  This record is nearly impossible to find in this condition.  Do not let the opportunity to obtain this rare album pass you by.

Bidding will start at the impossibly low price of $19.99 with no reserve!  Your album will be placed in a special cardboard mailer to assure that it arrives to you safely via USPS Priority Mail to any of the lower 48 States for $6.00.  I will combine shipping with each additional album being only $2.00.  Your records will be shipped in a plastic sleeve for added protection.   

I prefer Paypal but will accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks made in the amount of USA Dollars only.  Some form of communication is required from you as to your method of payment within three days of close of auction.  Payment is generally required within five days.
