The album has been described as: "a rare, unique trip into the depths of the San Francisco/Oakland funk-club-eccentric-PCP-anything scene of the mid-1970s. Billy Couvson raps, mutters and grooves while bongos, vibes, percussion and anything else within reach provide beats and rhythm. He chuckles to himself inexplicably, leaving us to try and sort it all out 30 years later.
