BILLIE HOLIDAY 4 78 SET ON COMMODORE CR2 STRANGE FRUIT

  • This is a fine set of 4 records (8 sides) of Billie Holiday recordings for Commodore. Titles of the 4 records are 'She's Funny That Way / How Am I To Know', 'I'll Be Seeing You / I'll Get By', 'Lover Come Back To Me / I Cover The Waterfront' and 'Strange Fruit / Fine And Mellow' As no titles are stated anywhere in the set, either on the cover or inside, I do not know whether these are the right records for the set but as there were not that many Commodore recordings, I think they are the right ones.

  • Here are the details:

  1. The records are in V++ condition.

  2. The book is in good condition apart from a tear at the top of the spine with about half an inch of material missing .

  3. Shipping within the US will be from $8.00 to $15.00 priority depending on location or $5.50 media mail - you choose. Rates outside the US will be advised but please be aware that surface mail has now been scrapped as a result of recent changes. Insurance is a further $1.65 up to $50 cover if you require it.
