Description:
Album Cover - Very smooth and glossy with some peeling around the opening on the outside of the cover.  Minimal sings of wear and tear around the edges.  There is a small area where the plastic is separating from the cover.  Light scuffing.

Inside the cover:  There is some ring wear on the right side of the cover.  An area in the top right corner is worn down.   

NO SPLITTING.

Record - Glossy with some faint scratches and scuffs.  Faint crackle and pop noise can be heard at times, not overwhelming to music.   I detected a small, 1/2-inch feelable scratch on side 2.  Absolutely, NO SKIPPING.
