A RARE BILL FAY DECCA NOVA SERIES UK DEBUT ALBUM RELEASE IN STEREO FORMAT.

  Bill Fay is an English singer, pianist and songwriter whose early releases were made on the Deram label in 1967. Following the release of his second album in 1971, Fay was dropped by the label. His work enjoyed a growing cult status in the 1990s, and his older works were re-issued in 1998 and 2004/2005. Fay's 2012 album, Life Is People, was his first album of all-new material since 1971. His next album, Who Is The Sender was released on 27 April 2015.

  This album is his 1969 original self titled release on the Decca Nova Series Record Labels, and comes in its original front laminated picture sleeve.

  Both record labels are in Excellent Plus condition, bright and undamaged record labels with just a few light signs of play to the centre of each record label.

  Side 1 matrix’s,ZAL-9331.P-2 W and Side 2: ZAL 9332.P-2 W

  Side 1 stampers: 1 U and Side 2: 1 U.

  Both sides of the vinyl LP are in very nice Excellent condition, there are no deep scratches to either side with just a few light surface hairlines.

  The LP plays through both sides without faults, a great sound quality from this LP.

  The LP comes in its original blue polythene lined inner bag, and is protected in its original front laminated picture sleeve which is in very nice Excellent condition, there is no major damage to the sleeve, with just a light crease to the bottom right corner, and light age toning on the reverse panel, both edges and the spine edge are free from splits
