BILL EVANS TRIO Explorations LP RIVERSIDE RLP 9351 US 1961 DG Stereo Black Label.


This is the incredibly rare true first pressing black label stereo copy.


Cover has 7 inch top and bottom seam splits but front and back look nice.


Played the album all the way through because it does have moderate scuffs, and in most sections it plays with light background and beautiful dynamics. There are some loud pops maybe every few minutes during playback. No skips or sticks. Overall a really enjoyable listen but if you’re looking for an audiophile near mint copy then this is not for you. In my opinion it plays really nice as a player copy
