DESCRIPTION and CONDITION:

For sale is an LP Album of the 'Bill Cosby Radio Program' from 1968 sponsored by the Coca-Cola Company. This LP comes with the original color supplement 'Bill Cosby' in addition to a folder of photo copied letters addressed to 'Captain Oh-Wow' that outline the response to the programs success across the USA and Canada. This album is very rare and very collectible. There are some scratches on the record in addition to wear and tear on the album cover. I do not know how the LP plays since I do not own a record player. The color supplement is in very good condition. Please look at the pictures closely. Album is sold in 'AS IS' condition. All sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted unless I ascertain that the item has been grossly mis-described. I reserve the right to decline bids from multi negative feedback holders and also to reject bids for any reason that causes me to think that a successful completion of the transaction might be in jeopardy.

The buyer must immediately notify me in the unlikely event that they discover the shipment has suffered any loss or damage in transit. The buyer must also provide all relevant evidence in support of their claim. In all such cases I will use my best endeavors to secure a satisfactory claim result but this decision will ultimately be made by the shipping company or the insurer. In the event of a claim for a full refund where damage has been sustained in transit, please note that under no circumstances will any reimbursement to the buyer be considered unless or until the damaged item together with its original packaging has been returned to and inspected by me.
