The back cover states "The producer, Ted Wing, gave Double Force the opportunity to listen to Cosby's dialog with the prisoners and write a rap we feel is programmable and new for comedic records. Then there's short bios of Bill Cosby, Paul H. Hudson aka 'The Great Tony B' and Venton K. Hart aka 'The Mellow Keith-Keith'.

I haven't heard it but I think it's Double Force rapping over top of Bill Cosby doing stand up at Graterford Prison.
