Description

This is an original 1st.pressing copy on Mainstream Records, Cat#S-6099 (Stereo) The conditions of the cover and the vinyl are both (NM) Near Mint. The cover is in pristine shape, there is absolutely no sign of wear, and there are no saw-cuts or drill-holes(see pix) The seams are all clean and without wear. The vinyl is also "pristine" with beautiful black shiny vinyl that has no more than a "surface paper scuff" or two that have no effect on the excellent fidelity/sound. The label is clean and without "spindle marks" This is another Mainstream giant that is from the "private" collection of cover artist Jack Longshein. Mr. Longshein is alive and well, and living on Long Island, NY. His art is recognized by millions as he has done work for a multitude of performers and labels. But out of all the covers he has done, it is these "psych" covers that still whisper in the hearts of a generation that wanted to change the world.....and did.....thanks for capturing the moment in Black-n-White and for "expanding it" in all those Colors!! Thanks for all the memories Jack! As always God bless, good luck and Peace! (please?)
