SLEEVE : Superb...barely a sign of use...spine lettering nice and clear: EX+

VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...looks unplayed: EX+ 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: a couple of fine 'paper' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed: EX   

LABELS: Superb: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
