 ITEM DESCRIPTION & CONDITION

**LAVERN BAKER**THE BEST OF LAVERN BAKER 4 track 7" ep in a picture sleeve,on atlantic from 1965,cat#AET.6009.Features the tracks SAVED,I CRIED A TEAR,MANANA and SEE SEE RIDER.

The record has light scratches on both sides and needs a clean.Side 1 is visually vg+/excellent- condition.Side 2 is excellent- condition.Plays fine with no jumping but there is occasional crackle and some light clicks (at the end of track 1 on side 1).It may play even better when it is cleaned.The sleeve looks in strong excellent condition apart from a piece of tape on the opening edge about halfway up the sleeve (front and back)..

I have been selling records for nearly 20 years mail order and from my shop and I hope my gradings are accurate(gradings based on record collector system).If you purchase an item and feel the grading is not accurate feel free to return the item for a full refund including postage.

Record Grading System

  • Mint-The record looks unplayed and in brand new condition
  • Nr Mint-The record has probably only been played a couple of times (if at all) and may have a couple of very light marks which do not affect the playing quality at all
  • Excellent-The record may have slight wear but should still have good sound quality.It may have some light scratches or light marks but no heavy scratches
  • VG-The record has obviously been played several times and has either scratches or marks but should still play fine (possibly with some crackle)
  • Good-The record has been well played and has several scratches-should still play but probably has lots of noise or even jumps or sticks
  • Poor-Tatty and really only suitable as a gap filler
