This is a listing for THREE LP records:

• Stereo/Mono: Stereo

• Other Details: 6-eye

• Jacket Condition: EX (purchase dates of "December 29 1962", "February 9 1963", and "Oct 5 1963" are printed very small and neatly in ink on lower right of back cover - does not significantly detract from aesthetics)

• Disc Condition: NM/EX/NM (MS 6075 has scuffs from a paper sleeve, including one significant scuff. The scuffs are nonfeelable, and should play with no audible noise. Other two LPs are NM.)

I use the Goldmine grading system, with the common addition of EX as a grade to represent "borderline NM."
