The late quartets by Beethoven are considered by many to be one of the greatest cycles of string quartets by any composer. This Budapest performance is also one of the very best! Superb recorded sound by Columbia engineers. A classic! Records (5LPs/Box/Bklt.) are in NM+ condition & box is NM- with a little rubbing to cover. An essential recording!!!
