PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Superior supersonic Japanese vinyl with lyrics pages insert ....Japanese vinyl releases are premium quality pressings, much sought after by audiophiles and collectors alike. In the 1960s Toshiba pioneered top quality red vinyl pressings using their trademark ‘Ever-Clean’ process this utilised a special ingredient intended to prevent the build-up of static electricity on the vinyl. Japanese pressings are synonymous with quality - the vinyl shines like no other vinyl - everything about their releases feels special. When US audiophile label Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab first released their series of high quality pressings the records were manufactured in Japan. The sonic quality of Japanese pressings is considered to be among the best in the world and, in addition, they are beautifully presented, their covers usually printed on better quality heavy stock paper and often including a bonus lyric insert with dual language Japanese & English text. This is a NICE collectible that is not getting any easier to find...future investment item....***Includes the all important original outer "OBI" strip to the pressing...

American Dylan fans went nuts trying to get it, because of all the stuff on it that you couldn't get anywhere else, unless of course you owned the non Lp singles within...A lot of that extra stuff was B sides or in the the case of "George Jackson," a single that never made it to an LP in the States or Europe, but the Aussies, canny individuals that they were, saw a chance to make a different kind of Dylan record and they did.
This expensive set eas one way of getting hold of the rarities within, including Dylan tracks like "George Jackson" (Big Band Version) and the Desire era B-side "Rita May." Dylans famous back up band - The Band - appear on four tracks: "Like A Rolling Stone", "The Mighty Quinn", "Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window?" (the 1965 single, only obtainable otherwise on Biograph,) and "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues." The latter was issued as the B side of the "I Want You" single, recorded live on May 14th 1966 at the Odeon Theatre Liverpool. This is unavailable elsewhere as an official release, though the same performance appears on bootlegs (e.g. Bob Dylan & The Hawks Play Fucking Loud). On early bootlegs it often appeared taken straight off the vinyl single. This clean version is stunningly good. Unlike bootlegs, you can clearly hear The Bands Richard in the mix and Garth is on wondrous form.
