TITLE/ARTIST: Hello and please continue to check out all current and future listings as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale - records from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" and all in great condition! Here is one of those rare and highly collectible LP`s by "The Fab Four" themselves, The Beatles (along with another British group called, The Swallows), on the rather unknown Clarion Label from 1966 - Clarion being one of a few different labels that tried to jump on the Beatles' success after they hit the "big time". It is yet another album in outstanding condition - both the vinyl and the jacket which is still in it's original shrink wrap, although it has been opened. This album - their only LP release on the Clarion Label - is entitled "The Amazing Beatles & Other Great English Group Sounds", and features four (4) songs by the Beatles - three of which are with Tony Sheridan - and six (6) other songs by just one other group called The Swallows. Five of the six songs sung by the Swallows are actually Beatles' compositions and/or songs - the titles are visible in the pictures above - and all are in MONO and in outstanding shape (see the pictures above for all of the song titles). LABEL INFO: This original, red, white, and blue Clarion Label (601) is nearly perfect with no issues at all - I don't see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me that it had very little play - if any at all. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also super shiny, clean, and nice with again, nothing in need of any mention. In my opinion, the vinyl looks almost as good as the day it was 1st purchased, and again, was likely played very sparingly. JACKET INFO: Finally, the jacket - still in it's original shrink wrap - is also super good and virtually flawless, having been protected all these years by the shrink wrap. I honestly see no visible flaws on this jacket at all. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this hard to find, highly collectible LP is in excellent condition - so please have at it and continue to check this site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, over time I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, sizes, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
