THE BEATLES -LOVE ME DO Details Type 7" SINGLE Sleeve EMI COMPANY TYPE "A" Inserts NONE Extras/Comments Parlophone RED label with the 45-R prefix ,"Recording first published" text ,small Parlophone rim text and the all important matrices 7XCE 17144-1N and 17145-1N (Ringo on drums ,no tambourine version) The stamper codes are A side left ZT and right GR and B side ZT left T right(the ZT tax code was in use upto November 1962,and was supeceeded by the PT)-this makes this record one of the original batch pressings,and very hard to find. A pretty amazing copy in amazing condition ,the vinyl surfaces are virtually unmarked save for a couple of the lightest paper marks you will ever see,and shine like they have just been pressed , it is really that good ,and if you have to give it a grade its an definite candidate for an EX++ ,and the sound quality is second to none with a crisp and clear sound , to judge for yourself click on the icon below to listen to a sampled version.

Labels Nice labels with a vivid red that hasnt been dulled by time and crisp and clear silver writing ,slightly marred by a small letter "H" on the B label,the centre hole is clean without pitting or scuffing and the are only a few very light spindlemarks which are only visible by angling the disc under a strong lamp.
