THE BOOK IS INCREDIBLE, SPINE IS PERFECT AND FRONT AND BACK COVER ARE NEAR MINT, THE PAGES ARE ALL INTACT AND APPEAR NEW.
THE RECORD COVER IS VG+ WITH LIGHT EDGE WEAR IN SPOTS, FAINT RING WEAR ON BACK COVER.
LP IS VG TO VG+. BOTH SIDES HAVE LIGHT SCRATCHES, BOTH SIDES HAVE SURFACE NOISE IN SPOTS. SIDES ONE HAS LOUDER SURFACE NOISE DURING THE SONG "LET IT BE". SIDE TWO PLAYS NICELY THROUGHOUT, WITH A FEW LIGHT TICKS IN SPOTS.
