It is often said that Mono Yellow Submarine albums are hard to find .............. but original -1 / -1 matrix Stereo pressings with 'Sold In The UK Subject To Resale Price Conditions ....' labels show up even less than the Mono issues ...............

Here is a really great -1 / -1 copy , with Laminated Front flipover sleeve .......... the liner notes on the rear panel are bordered with Red Lines................ This is also the harder to find sleeve that has no manufacturer print on the bottom rear flip ..........................

The Beatles: John Lennon (vocals, guitar, keyboards); Paul McCartney (vocals, guitar, bass); George Harrison (vocals, guitar); Ringo Starr (vocals, drums). Starting out as a sing-a-long vehicle for Ringo Starr on Revolver, "Yellow Submarine" became the inspiration for the 1968 animated feature film of the same name. Most of the soundtrack was composed and orchestrated by George Martin, but the remaining six songs were far from being Beatle cast-offs. George Harrison's two contributions, "Only A Northern Song" and "It's All Too Much" mark the adventurously experimental phase the Beatles were in at that time and dabble in woozy psychedelic shadings laced with orchestrations that continued to influence cutting-edge pop artists for decades to come. Along with the aforementioned "Yellow Submarine," other Lennon/McCartney compositions include the good-time, skiffle-flavored "All Together Now," the Lennon-driven rocker "Hey Bulldog," and "All You Need Is Love"--the unofficial flower-power anthem.

Condition of Vinyl:- Both sides of the disc have very light signs of use .............. very light wear only ........... no marks ............. The disc plays through with great sound quality , minor surface presence only : The Disc is Graded in at least EXCELLENT condition.

Condition of Sleeve:- The sleeve has light signs of use only .............. bright and crsip front laminate , with only a couple of small , minor crease traces near the spine .............. The rear panel has light ageing only ........... very clean ........ just a couple of light flip creases

The Sleeve is Graded at EXCELLENT condition.

The Liner Sleeve has light wear only .......... no splits or damage , a little light creasing only : Graded at Near EXCELLENT condition.

I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as 'Stunning!! Rare!! Awsome!!, padded out with grossly long winded descriptions , many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and incorrect to actual facts , and would be laughable , but for the fact that it is misleading........ I take time and care to grade items correctly and only list quality records, with concise and accurate grading descriptions......................

I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest!) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists live too (I saw The Beatles twice........and Segovia!)
