On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'The Beatles (more commonly known as 'The White Album') and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press DARK Green Apple label!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER BEATLES LPS OF ALL TIME AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS INCREDIBLE DOUBLE LP IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL HUGE POSTER, 2 RECORDS, 4 COLOUR 'PRINTS', 2 BLACK APPLE INNERS, AND A TOP OPENING 'NUMBERED' GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS DOUBLE LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS IN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDITION - AND IS EASILY THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!  IT IS SIMPLY INCREDIBLE - AND I WOULD EVEN GO AS FAR AS TO SAY, IT COULD EVEN BE UNIQUE LIKE THIS!!!!  I NEVER EVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO OFFER A WHITE ALBUM IN THIS CONDITION - EVER!!!!  AND THERE IS 1 VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR THAT PUTS THIS DOUBLE LP HEAD & SHOULDERS ABOVE ALL OTHERS!!!!  AND I WILL EXPLAIN THIS BELOW:

THE 1 PREVIOUS OWNER WAS EXTRA SPECIALLY CAREFUL WITH THIS DOUBLE LP - AND BACK IN 1968 HE MADE 1 CRUCIAL DECISION THAT PUTS THIS LP WAY WAY ABOVE ALL OTHERS (I WILL EXPLAIN THIS FURTHER BELOW)!!!!  HE CLEARLY REMEMBERED BUYING THE LP AS IT WAS FIRST RELEASED - AND AFTER PLAYING IT ONLY 2 OR 3 TIMES ON THE DAY HE PURCHASED IT (ONCE WAS TO TAPE IT!) HE NEVER PLAYED IT AGAIN!!!!  HE PUT IT CAREFULLY AWAY - AND FOR THE NEXT 40 YEARS IT REMAINED COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED!!!!  HOWEVER BACK IN 1968 HE MADE 1 VITAL DECISION THAT COMPLETELY PRESERVED THIS WHITE LP FOREVER (SEE BELOW)!!!!  MOST WHITE ALBUMS (EVEN FROM MOST CAREFUL RECORD COLLECTIONS), ARE VIRTUALLY ALWAYS STORED IN A RECORD RACK, OR RECORD CABINET.  AND THIS MEANS THAT NO MATTER HOW CAREFULLY THEY ARE STORED (EVEN IF THEY ARE STORED OUT OF SUNLIGHT) THE ROOMS NATURAL LIGHT WILL INEVITABLY YELLOW EVEN THE MOST WELL CARED FOR WHITE ALBUM OVER THE YEARS (NO MATTER HOW SLIGHTLY).  MOST WHITE ALBUMS ARE HEAVILY YELLOWED - BUT EVEN THE VERY BEST & MOST CAREFULLY STORED WHITE ALBUMS - WILL HAVE EXPOSED AREAS (USUALLY THE SPINE) WHICH WILL YELLOW SLIGHTLY - EVEN UNDER ANY ROOMS BULB LIGHT.  AND AS A RESULT IT IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A WHITE ALBUM THAT HAS EVERY SINGLE PART 100% PERFECTLY WHITE!!!!  BUT THIS ONE IS VERY VERY DIFFERENT INDEED!!!!  AFTER THE 1 PREVIOUS OWNER CAME HOME FROM THE RECORD SHOP THAT DAY, AND AFTER PLAYING THE DOUBLE LP 2 OR 3 TIMES, MADE THE CORRECT DECISION TO PRESERVE THE PERFECT WHITE COLOUR ON THIS WHITE ALBUM FOREVER!!!!  INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT INTO ANY RECORD RACK, OR SHELF - IT WAS PLACED INSIDE A SECURE RECORD BOX, LOCKED AWAY AND PUT IN A CUPBOARD!!!!  AND IT HAS NEVER EVER SEEN ANY KIND OF LIGHT SINCE!!!!  AS A RESULT THE COVER HAS REMAINED IN ABSOLUTELY 'RECORD SHOP CONDITION' AND HAS AN ABSOLUTELY 100% PERFECT WHITE COLOUR ON EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE LP!!!!  EVERY SINGLE PART - INCLUDING THE EDGES, CORNERS, SPINE & TOP EDGE ARE 100% PERFECTLY WHITE!!!!  THE TOP EDGES ARE ALSO 100% STRAIGHT (FROM LACK OF USE!), AND THE CORNERS ALSO HAVE A PERFECT SHAPE - AND THIS WHITE ALBUM COVER HAS TO BE VIRTUALLY UNIQUE LIKE THIS!!!!  JUST READ MY IN DEPTH DESCRIPTION OF THE COVER BELOW!!!!  SO IF YOU WANT TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT A WHITE ALBUM LOOKED LIKE BACK IN 1968 WHEN FIRST ON SALE - THEN THIS DOUBLE LP IS CERTAINLY FOR YOU!!!!  AND THE CONTENTS ARE ALMOST IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION!!!!  THE RECORDS ARE OF A SUPREMELY HIGH STANDARD (SEE DESCRIPTION BELOW!), BOTH BLACK APPLE INNERS ARE IN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDITION, AND THE HUGE POSTER & 4 COLOUR PRINTS ARE SIMPLY INCREDIBLE!!!!  AND WHILST THE CONTENTS OF THIS DOUBLE LP ARE OF COURSE INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT (AND ARE OF AN INCREDIBLY HIGH STANDARD!) - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT COMPARES TO THE AMAZING RARITY OF FINDING A 100% PERFECTLY WHITE 'WHITE ALBUM' COVER!!!!  THIS SURELY HAS TO BE CONSIDERED AS A 'ONCE IN THE LIFETIME' CHANCE TO OWN A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS AMAZING DOUBLE LP THAT IS ABSOLUTELY 100% WHITE AND IN AMAZING CONDITION!!!!  YOU WILL SURELY NEVER SEE ANOTHER ONE!!!!  THIS INCREDIBLE DOUBLE LP IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS INCREDIBLE CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in AMAZING condition!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press DARK Green Apple Labels, 1st Press 'Sold in the UK' text, 1st Press 2 Black inner sleeves, 1st Press HUGE Poster, 1st Press 4 Colour 'Prints', and a 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' TOP opening 'Numbered' (0488014) FULLY Laminated Flipback Cover!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are YEX 709-1, YEX 710-1, YEX 711-1 & YEX 712-1 (the EARLIEST POSSIBLE 1st Press 1/1/1/1 matrix endings!)!!!!  The Cat. No is PCS 7067/68 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press DARK Apple label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer Stereo 1st pressing!!!!  All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels on BOTH records are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!!  The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and I will grade each side in turn visually and give a play grade and overall grading at the end.  Side 1 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light scufflines (only visible under EXTREME light!), and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  Side 1 must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!!  Side 2 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  Side 2 must grade MINT(Minus) if not better!!!!  Side 3 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! Side 3 must grade MINT(Minus)!!!!  Side 4 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! Side 4 must grade MINT(Minus) if not better!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  ALL SIDES STILL RETAIN EVERY BIT OF THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED LOOK' AND LOOK AWESOME!!!!  WHAT AN AWESOME SET OF RECORDS!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the records is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  They play with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only the MEGA faintest touch of background sound on 1 record ONLY!!!!  And because these records have barely been played AT ALL - they play with AWESOME audio clarity with STUNNING booming bass, CRYSTAL CLEAR treble, NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The records are marginally uneven - though this naturally is EXTREMELY slight indeed and DOES NOT affect play in the slightest!!!!  The records must MEGA STRICTLY grade overall (playing & visual) at Excellent+ if not better!!!! WHAT AN AWESOME SET OF RECORDS!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! BOTH records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press Black inner sleeve which are in AWESOME condition with NO rips, NO tears, NO feathering, NO edgewear, barely ANY creases AT ALL, NO fraying to the opening edges, and PERFECT central 'die-cuts'!!!!  The inners are simply AWESOME and MUST grade MINT(Minus)!!!!  IT IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESS BLACK INNER SLEEVES LIKE THESE!!!!  THESE ARE SIMPLY AWESOME!!!! The HUGE 'Fold-out' poster and the 4 colour 'prints' are in also in AMAZING 'never left the cover' MINT condition - and most importantly BOTH the poster & 4 colour 'prints' are 100% ORIGINAL and came with this SUPERB set when purchased back in 1968!!!! 

The Gatefold 'TOP OPENING' Numbered Flipback Laminated Cover is in AMAZING condition - and is the best I have EVER seen!!!!  If you truly want to see what a Beatles 'White Album' cover looked like when it was purchased back in 1968 - then this is the cover for you!!!!  Words can not begin to describe the INCREDIBLE condition of this AMAZING cover - though I will try my hardest!!!!  It has absolutely NO edge wear AT ALL (100% PERFECT flat & straight edges), and has absolutely NO spinal wear AT ALL!!!!  Amazingly the spine is still FULLY laminated (IMPOSSIBLE on this cover!) and 100% PERFECTLY flat & straight - with absolutely NO laminate breaks, and most importantly NO discolouration of ANY kind!!!!  In fact - the spine is EXACTLY the same colour as it was made back in 1968 - and this is the first time I have EVER seen this on this cover!!!!   ALL the corners are absolutely 100% PERFECT in shape and NONE have ANY 'bumping' or creasing of ANY kind!!!!  The laminate retains a 'mirror like' shine and there is NO glazing and NO rubbing which so oftens blights this cover!!!!  There is also NO grubbyness, NO ringwear, and barely ANY creases AT ALL (virtually ZERO!) and the cover is 100% PERFECTLY flat looking!!!!  AMAZINGLY there is absolutely NO RECORD IMPRESSION to the cover front AT ALL - it is simply gloriously FLAT and PERFECT looking!!!!  Even on the cover back you have to angle the cover to light is glimpse any kind of record impression - and even then it is the lightest possible (virtually NONE!)!!!!  Again the cover back is AMAZINGLY flat and shiny looking!!!!  There is also NO writing of ANY kind - and even under light this cover has absolutely NO impressions, NO dents, and NO other imperfections of any kind!!!!  INCREDIBLY the opening edges are 100% PERFECTLY straight and there is absolutely NO cardboard thickening of ANY kind!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in PERFECT condition with NO writing, PERFECT flipbacks, NO grubbyness, NO indentations, and NO yellowing!!!!  The '0488014' number on the cover front looks like it was just printed - and the 'Stereo' printed text on the top right reverse of the cover is equally PERFECT!!!!  The raised writing of 'The Beatles' is 100% DIRT FREE and again is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!  But most importantly of all - this White is absolutely 100% PURE WHITE!!!!  And this again is the ONLY time I have EVER seen this on this LP!!!!  Usually there is some place on this LPs cover which has been exposed to light and yellowed the cover - but because this LP has been locked away since the day it was bought and NEVER exposed to light of ANY kind - it has remained in EXACTLY the same PERFECT white colour which it was made with back in 1968!!!!  This is a VERY bold statement to make - but in this case it is absolute FACT!!!!  Every single part of this White Album is EXACTLY the same PERFECT White colour as it was when bought in 1968 - and this has to be one of the BEST (if not THE best) White Album covers left in existence today!!!!  Just consider how many White Albums would have been securely locked away from any light source and left completely untouched for 40 years!!!!  The answer will surely be - virtually NONE!!!!  Even the most carefully handled White Album will eventually yellow slightly - even in a secure record rack in normal room conditions!!!!  But this one has NEVER seen ANY light of ANY kind since 1968 when it was bought!!!!  And so this has to be the WHITEST & best conditioned 'White Album' cover left in existence - and will be an absolute REVELATION to the winning bidder!!!!  The cover must grade MINT(Minus) if not better - and is true 'piece of history' and has GENIUNELY defied the course of time!!!!  THIS IS SURELY A TRUE 'ONCE IN A LIFETIME' CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN A TRULY WHITE 'WHITE ALBUM' IN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CONDITION - DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
