Hello Beatle Fans: Up for your bidding pleasure is this rare error Beatles album, entitled, (as we all know) The White Album, original 1968 Scranton pressing on Apple records SWBO-101. This album was first issued on November 25 1968....this album has all 7 Errors on the labels........As the story goes....when Capitol began issuing these albums......John Lennon was always on top of new pressings...he saw the errors and had the presses stopped and the labels corrected...the errors are as follows........1).OBLADI-OBLADA----should read ...Ob-La-Di-Ob-La-Da--------2) BUNGALOW BILL-----should read.......The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill......3) ROCKY RACOON.......These are spelled wrong on every U.S. pressing....4)REVOLUTINO No.1-----should read...... Revolution 1...5) REVOLUTION No.9---------should read....... Revolution 9...6)GOODNIGHT-----should read...... Good Night.......7) Why Don't We Do It In The Road.... should read... Why Don't We do It In The Road?....... Due to the fact that not many of these got out to the public it is very difficult to find one in nice shape.... the vinyl on this one..... sorry to say is fair to good at best with plenty of scuffs and scratches,, some marks... despite the condition there are no skips, but will have surface noise for sure.....as said before these are getting harder and harder to find even in this condition,,, they are out there,, but cost a great deal & are worth it.....you can own one now at just a fraction of the cost of a real nice. one....... after all it is the labels that make this album & these are nice....... Included is. The Gatefold Jacket ( which is embossed The Beatles & number ) is in good condition......, both front & back cover have very light wear for this album,....... a few light marks, split all the way around.... inside gatefold very clean........ Comes with poster & photos, in nice condition........ I tend to rate my records rather conservatively......, most will be better than described. ........I want you to be satisfied with your purchase,....... if not, you can return your album for full refund..........
