One of the most desirable Beatles rarities.
I don't know if current situation is any different but a few years ago, Record Collector magazine ran an article on the top 500 most collectable Beatles records and this very near the top at No.5

I believe it to be a first issue - as it has a double parlophone/EMI logo rather than a single EMI logo on the second (still very rare) issue (see photo)
Condition - Sleeve
front is very good, back is average but has lovestruck hand writing "Dave x Rose" (see photo)
Condition - Record
visually good but plays more like very good. I have just listened to the whole album on a Thorens turntable and to only really noticable wear/crackles were during the quiet into to "what you're doing"
It was very listenable and I'm pleased to say that it plays much better than it looks
THIS IS THE REAL THING!
