BEATLES UK – ‘With the Beatles’ original first issue, Stereo LP.

1963 PCS 3045 – original black and yellow Parlophone labels.

A UK very first Stereo copy in original condition, featuring:

1. on side two of the record label, track seven it has the printing error of ‘Jobete’, for the publishing credit, this was soon to be corrected,

2. side one of the record does not have any ‘mother’ stampers, that are usually at the 9 o’clock position in the ‘run off’ groove,

3. the mother / stampers on side two are very early, reading:  ‘1  A’,

4. the front sleeve photo image has a dark and grainy appearance to it, this image was unique to the very first copies of this LP, this image was soon replaced with a much lighter and clearer image,

5. on side two of the record label and on the rear of the sleeve, track three rear has the spelling error of ‘Gotta’, this was soon corrected to read, ‘You really got a hold on me’.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in near excellent condition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. The spine is in near excellent condition and all the text is readable. The rear features the original tri-flipback design, all the flipbacks  are all complete and in very good condition. The unlaminated rear of the sleeve has remained very clean for its age. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. There is a slight ‘scuff’ to the rear top, right, but this doesn’t notice that much.

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in excellent condition and is the original ‘Use Emitex’ sleeve. A very clean and well preserved sleeve for its age. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.  

THE VINYL: is in excellent condition. It is made from the period thick, heavy vinyl. It has remained very dark and very glossy, showing little signs of play.    

The matrix are:  YEX  110 - 2  and  YEX 111 – 2,

The mother / stampers are: ‘ none !   R D ’  and  ‘ 1    A ’ very early.

THE AUDIO: is excellent, the record lays flat on the turntable.

THE LABELS: are in excellent+ condition, the letters ‘K T’ are embossed around the spindle hole on side two. The labels are free from any pen writing, sticker residue or stickers.

PACKING  -  ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION.BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.

DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
