BEATLES UK, Revolver, ‘I got’ error record label, 1969 LP.

PCS 7009, 1969 UK black and silver, one EMI box Parlophone record labels.

A UK 1969 issue in original condition, featuring:

1. the record label on side two features a printing error, as track six has been mis printed to read, ‘I got to get you into my life. The correct title should have been printed as, ‘Got to get you into my life !. On the rear of the sleeve this track title is printed correctly,

2. on side two of the record the original factory ‘mother’ has been ‘crossed out’ and replaced with the ‘mother’ of, ‘15’,

3. by 1969 EMI had removed the stereo logos from the front of the ‘flip back’ sleeves, but this sleeve still has its stereo logo. The stereo logo has been mis pressed as it appears more over to the left than normal !,

4. the record label on side two features the spelling of, ‘Doctor Robert’, but on the rear of the sleeve this track title is spelt as, Dr Robert’ !,

5. comes with its original period, ‘sepia’ red and white EMI advertising inner sleeve.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. The two opening edges have remained clean and sharp. The spine is in very good++ condition and has remained clean and white in colour and all the text on the spine is clear to read. The rear of the sleeve features the original tri ‘flip back’ design, ie fold over edges. Theres NO pen writing, tears, splits, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in excellent condition and is the original period ‘sepia’ red and white EMI advertising inner sleeve. A well preserved, clean, fresh white inner sleeve. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the inner sleeve.

THE RECORD: each side is in near excellent condition. The record is made of the period, 1960s ‘thick, heavy’ vinyl. The record has remained very dark and glossy.

The matrix are: YEX 605 - 1 and YEX 606 – 1,

The mother / stampers are: side one, 3 GRG’ and side two, the original factory ‘mother’ has been ‘crossed out’ and replaced with the ‘mother’ of, ‘15’, the stampers are ‘TG’,

THE AUDIO: each side plays near excellent, each side plays with some light ‘crackle’ heard here and there. Each side plays with a loud powerful, stereo sound. The record lays flat on the turntable.

THE LABELS: each of the record labels are in excellent condition. Each of the record labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

PACKING  -  ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION. BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVE, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
