Description
The Beatles Story. Cover VG+, Records M-.
To help ease the '64 holiday rush, Capitol farmed out a few titles to RCA's pressing plant. Normally there is no difference between the Capitol and RCA issues, but this one is significant. Instead of the 2LPs being pressed with side 1 backed with side 4 and 2 backed with 3, this obscure pressing backed 1-2 and 3-4. This occurred on mono pressings only and this is easily the rarest version of the LP.
Cover is very nice with tight seams and no tears or writing. Records have a few light "angel hairs" but plays CLEAN. Side two label has a small scuff (see scan). Even includes the original innersleeves.
