BEATLES: Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band

Issued on Parlophone label PCS 7027 in 1967 in Finland.

Very rare Finnish pressing w/ org YELLOW & BLACK label.

1st edition with misprint “PCS 7022” on the label side 2. The error was soon corrected, and the incorrect code was replaced with the correct number PCS 7027. Comes with the standard UK printed cover, as always.

Very hard to find with or without mispressed label.

Only 2 Beatles LP’s were issued in Finland during the 60’s. The other was “Collection of Oldies”.

Black & Yellow Parlophone label in any Finnish record was very rare and used only approximately half a dozen times, until replaced by black & silver label in 1969.

I have found out, however, it's a pretty convenient method, because the delivery times are not  very much longer to USA etc.                                                             So it's a higly RECOMMENDED way of delivery to save your money.

A couple of revisions.

There should be only 4 different black & yellow LP's of the local artists in Finland in 1967 - 1970. The latest entry of yellow & black Parlophone label  was in 1970, when 2 records with a long EMI code starting with 5E 062 were issued. Re-issues in 1971 had a black & silver design.

The large Beatles book is titled "the Beatles Covered".
