The Beatles - Rubber Soul LP

1965 - UK pressing on Parlophone (Cat. #PCS 3073). Stereo issue. Black label with yellow Parlophone logo and silver text. "Made In Gt. Britain" below song titles. "P 1965" on left side of label (right above side numbers). Orange Parlophone logo on the bottom right on the front cover. "Three Flipback" jacket. "12 LL Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents Pending PMC 1267 PCS 3075" on the bottom right of the back of jacket.

Grading:

Record: I am combination visual/play grading this record at VG+. The record has some visible light marks (mostly from the jacket being taken out of the inner sleeve). Does has some light audible background noise when played, but not bad and does not distract from listening enjoyment. The record itself still looks pretty shiny.

Jacket: I am also grading the jacket between VG+ and VG++. Front of jacket is glossy, and has some light ring wear (not bad) and some light general wear on the front and edges. Price sticker (of $2.50) in the upper right corner. Back of jacket is in great shape. All three flipbacks are intact. No seam slpits, tears or writing on the jacket. A small dimples along the top left edge of the jacket. I still would consider this jacket suitable for framing. Please see the great pictures that my wife took of this item.

I am pretty conservative when it comes to grading (just to be safe). I am a former manager of the old Rockaway Records store in Mesa, Arizona, so I do have experience with Beatles collectibles.
