Record visually black shiny vinyl excellent and play tested both sides - just an odd single crackle/pop now and then hardly noticeable unless you’re listening for it. When I played it on a different record player I could not discern anything.
Labels black/yellow PMC1267 Mono 1965 - near mint no spindle wear.
The Cover is in excellent condition with an excellent word perfect spine. Slight creasing down the front right as shown in the photo.
Back Cover Ernest J Day flip sleeve edges - excellent just light discolouring, but photos are all excellent.
Original Emitex Inner Excellent no splits.
Record is in a white inner sleeve so no damage to original.
This original album will enhance any record collection, hence the asking price.
Records are graded in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows, although I tend to go below what is allowable to ensure you are not disappointed when you receive the record:
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Some background noise may be heard. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
+ or ++ indicates a grading in between categories.
Having played both sides of the album and examined the sleeve, my opinion of this album is:
