· VERY RARE 'E J DAY' 1ST PRESSING 'STEREO' COVER (LAMINATED FRONT & UNLAMINATED REAR) WITH TRIPLE FLIPBACKS - ONLY A FEW 'E J DAY' COVERS WERE MADE FOR RUBBER SOUL – NEARLY ALL WERE PRESSED BY GARROD & LOFTHOUSE - AROUND 1% WERE MADE BY E J DAY
· '65/12' (DECEMBER 1965) AND 'LL' TEXT ON THE LOWER REAR FLIPBACK - SEE SCAN
· WITHOUT THE 'TRADE MARK' TEXT BELOW THE PARLOPHONE ‘£’ LOGO IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF THE FRONT COVER - SEE SCAN FOR COMPARISON OF E J DAY COVER AND A REGULAR GARROD & LOFTHOUSE COVER. THE E J DAY COVER IS THE ONE ON TOP WITHOUT THE TRADEMARK TEXT.

Cover: Excellent+. This is the triple flip back E J Day cover. No writings/doodles or seam splits. Nice clear spine. Lightest of wear to edges. Comes with the original EMI poly-lined inner sleeve which is Excellent.
Labels: Excellent+.
Vinyl: Play tested. Looks Excellent and plays VG+. Some background crackle/rumble in the run-in and between tracks but barely noticeable during tracks. Lightest of feathering/hairlines. Nice sheen. No skips or jumps. Sounds absolutely great.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
