You don't see this LP very often. It's The Beatles 'Rubber Soul' (stereo) on the original UK Parlophone label (black, yellow and silver) from 1965 (catalogue no. PCS 3075). The sleeve which is laminated on the front is in really good condition with a very small white tear (5mm x 5mm) next to the 'Rubber Soul' writing. The flipbacks are in superb condition with no damage at all. The rear cover shows very minor discolouration and there are only the letters 'DJ' written in ballpen in the top right hand corner preventing me from giving this sleeve an Ex grading. I have to grade it VG++. I doubt if you'll see a better cover. The spine is almost perfect. The record plays absolutely superbly on both sides. It has the matrix numbers YEX 178-2 on side one and YEX 179-2 on side two. There are spindle marks on both labels because the record, as usual, has been well played and there is a scuff mark across tracks one, two and three on side two but you definitely cannot hear this. The record really plays wonderfully well and I have given it a VG++ grading. The buyer of this record will not be disappointed. It even comes with the original 'Use Emitex Cleaning Cloth...' inner bag. The cover is a Garrod & Lofthouse one. Get bidding Beatles fans. By the way, the stereo separation is quite superb.
