Description

VERY 1st pressing ( Mono ) of the beatles RUBBER SOUL LP

PARLOPHONE PMC 1267  garrod and lofthouse slleeve

matrix side one XEX579-1  side two XEX 560-1

This is known as the loud cut version

it was released in dec 1965 and almost immediatly withdrawn for remixing

ever since the new mixes became the standard, making this version one of the most sought after Beatles LPs

THE SLEEVE is ex cond no writing or tears, front photo is deep rich colour

the spine is solid and sharp,the opening edge is still very strong

rear of the sleeve is very clean just the slightest handling wear

flipbacks are clean and solid

THE DISC IS EX COND

its still got a nice shine

only the very slightest of marks that dont effect play

the labels are bright and clear black and yellow very little spindle wear

Its got that much sought after original solid mono sound

A rare pressing of a great Beatles classic in great condition
